A little over a year ago, I had the privilege of photographing five AMAZING home chefs and a professional caterer in some beautiful home kitchens near Palm Springs, California for Where Women Cook Magazine. (I think I’m still trying to shed the pounds I put on over the course of that 2-day shoot! It would have been rude to decline sampling all of their wonderful dishes, you know). Two of my shoots are featured in the current (Summer, 2015) issue.
First up is Scott Robertson of New Leaf Catering. It was inspiring to watch him work as he prepared dishes on location for about 20 dinner guests. These were NOT your typical party fare. Each dish was a work of art – to the eye and the palate.
Andree Nelson prepared a scrumptious family recipe and a lovely table – my stomach is grumbling just looking at the photos again!
